50/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications) Responsible for releasing protected health information from patients external agencies/business (attorneys, insurance companies, etc.
) and internal and external healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
Role Specific Responsibilities Reviews validity of requests.
Forwards all subpoena and court orders to Manager/Supervisor.
Identifies and copies information requested.
Logs all requests into ChartMaxx Release of Information Module.
Qualifications:
Education Associate's degree Experience and Skills Technical
Experience:
1 year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
